The yoga wedges made of environmentally friendly natural cork are the smaller and more manageable version of the handstand plank. They are a versatile tool for handstands and many different yoga postures.

The slanted shape relieves strain on the wrists and ankles.

In Handsdtand, or other hand-based exercises, the wrists are placed on the wedge and thereby relieved of the strain.

During exercises in which your heels do not touch the floor (e.g. downward dog), the wedge relieves the ankles.
