How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Within Germany usually 3–5 business days, abroad 5–7 business days.
Are your products really handmade?
Yes, our own products are handcrafted. The wooden parts are handcrafted by a local carpentry, the metal parts are regionally CNC milled - everything is assembled and finished in our own workshop.
Can I cancel or return my order?
Yes, using our withdrawal form. Excluded are custom-made/personalized products and cut fabrics.
How does a custom order work – from inquiry to delivery?
You contact us with your idea, we discuss your requirements together, and plan your individual prop – from idea to finished product.
