The handstand Plank is a versatile training aid for handstands and a wide range of yoga poses. Its angled shape helps relieve strain on the wrists and ankles – for example, in handstands, where the hands are placed on the wedge, or in poses such as Downward-Facing Dog, where the heels do not touch the floor.
