Handstand plank / yoga wedge

The handstand plank made of environmentally friendly natural cork is a great tool for handstands and many different yoga postures.

The slanted shape relieves strain on the wrists and ankles.

In Handsdtand, or other hand-based exercises, the wrists are placed on the wedge and thereby relieved of the strain.

Even during exercises in which the heels do not touch the floor (e.g. downward dog), the wedge relieves the joints.
