Tool for shoulder mobility and handstand training

Many handstand coaches recommend sticks for a variety of exercises, especially for shoulder mobility.

For our mobility sticks we chose “Tam Vong” bamboo. This is a particularly stable type of bamboo with a very uniform diameter.

The sticks are natural and peeled, which results in a beautiful and pleasant surface.

Every stick is unique.
