Swivel for aerial acrobatics
This swivel is specially designed for tough and long-term use by artists and circus projects.
A high-strength shackle with a payload of 1500 kg can be attached to one side.
This connects the swivel with the round sling (also Steelflex) or ceiling plate.
On the other side, by removing the bolt, an air ring, a wire rope or a aerial cover can be attached.
A small wire rope secures the bolt against slipping out. With the supplied test piece, the swivel can be checked quickly and reliably for its load-bearing capacity.
After the bolt has fallen below the minimum size of 10mm, it can be ordered and replaced individually.
The complete swivel must be replaced if the gap between the rotating parts is more than 1mm, which corresponds to the sheet thickness of the test piece.

universal ceiling mount
Wall and ceiling mount "made in Germany" for stretch bands, gymnastics rings, air rings, yoga swing & hammock, power ringing system & boxing equipment.
The universal ceiling mount is the connection between the ceiling and the artist's device. Through the four 17mm size holes, the mount can be fixed with dowels in the ceiling
below shackles / carabiners can be hung, where e.g. Trapeze, aerial silk or aerial rings can be hung.
Depending on the safety factor with which the plate is to be operated, it has a workload of 500 kg with an saftey factor of 20 and a workload of 1000 kg with an safety factor of
10. The breaking load is 10.000 kg.
In order to actually get such a load capacity, the dowels, screws and the wall / ceiling must have a corresponding load capacity. So you should keep at least a 7-fold safety
factor, with a payload of e.g. 200 KG so the ceiling and the dowels should have a load capacity of 1400 kg. If the plate is used with dynamic loads, we recommend a 10 times safety
factor.
If necessary, the plate can also be fixed to the floor or to the wall. But it is important to ensure that the suspension is always loaded in the pulling direction.
The construction is completely made in Germany and welded according to DIN EN 1090-2 EXC3.
